When Lewy was really ill I the August before his passing I took my eldest Freya who was 3 at the time to see him at my mums house. He was in bed and feeling low but Freya cheered him up a bit, she pulled at his arm whilst he was dozing and he shifted over to look at her and in so doing elbowed her in the face and knocked her over. We all stayed silent for a moment checked she was ok and then I looked at Lewy and he just started to roar with laughter, stating he knew he shouldn't laugh but he couldn't help it..........he was just so poorly then".........it was so good to hear him laugh when I tell Freya now a few years on it makes her so proud that she made her uncle Lewy laugh. He gave her a little toy dog that day because he felt guilty.....she treasures that little toy Lew. Xxxxxxx
